- Radish – 200gms
- For Tempering:
- Red Chillies – 2
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Urad Dal
- Chana Dal
- Salt – As needed
- Water – As needed
Step by Step Instructions for
How to make simple Radish Fry
Cook Radish (peeled & chopped) for about 10 mins in a Salt Water.
Prepare Tempering along with Red Chillies and Curry Leaves, and add Cooked Radish, add salt, sauté well, stir occasionally and let it fry for 2 minutes. Serve Hot. Can garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
